Do You Cater for Loadshedding or Power Interruptions?
Yes, the lodge is equipped with a solar power system that keeps lights and essential plug points running during power outages, so your stay remains comfortable even during load-shedding.
Is There WiFi Available?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi. Please note that speeds may vary slightly depending on weather conditions and usage.
Are Towels and Linen Provided?
Yes, fresh towels and quality bed linen are provided for all guests. We also provide hand soap and toilet paper to get you started.
What Wildlife Can We Expect to See?
Marloth Park is a wildlife conservancy, so it’s common to see zebra, nyala, warthogs, giraffes, and more roaming freely through the property. Please enjoy them from a respectful distance — no feeding is allowed.
Do I need a 4x4 to get to the lodge?
The main road (Olifant) is tarred and the rest of the roads are gravel. Regular vehicles can easily reach the lodge — the roads are suitable for standard cars.
Can I braai (barbecue) at the lodge?
Yes, every stay includes a private outdoor braai area. Nothing beats cooking under the stars!
Are children allowed?
Yes, children are welcome — but please note there are wild animals in the park, so supervision is essential.
Is there a splash pool?
Yes! Cool off in your private splash pool while enjoying the sights and sounds of the bush.
